The Road:  On this website, we'll use our collective wisdom to set quick speculative prices of all assets, and exchange asset shares among ourselves to maximize our individual portfolio values without using any cash (how's that for a challenge!), in daily virtual trading games.

Building your portfolio/fund: Open a temporarily free account. No info and no obligation needed. Log in. Click on "Register Asset" (top bar). Briefly describe your financial asset(s), located anywhere in the world, real or created by you. Upload images, if any. Each asset is automatically converted into 100 equal virtual shares. This starts your virtual portfolio whose value is adjusted every 24 hours.

Unlike on other virtual trading sites, you don't have to buy just stocks from just two or three US stock exchanges. Instead,

• You can pick and assemble, virtually, stocks, bonds, derivatives and all other types of securities, and also other types of financial assets like real estate, small businesses, art, antiques and collectibles, from anywhere in the world, for your portfolio.
• You can network and explore how and where to buy and sell these global assets for real, among other things, with other users.
• You can create your own derivatives and other securities, and any other kind of financial asset you can think of, and see how they do.

How an asset is priced: Click on "Price Asset" (top bar). Enter your quote for one share (1%) of an asset. The median value of prices quoted by you and other users will become the new virtual price for each share of that asset for this site every 48 hours. Assets with the highest price gains are displayed in the charts.

You don't get the standard stock prices. Instead,

• You yourself quote the price of your security and other assets, while other users do their own price search/research and enter their own quotes. The user community sets the prices of all the assets, including securities, on this site.
• You can sharpen your asset evaluation and pricing skill, and then compare your price guessing relative to the actual price of the asset, if available, and the median estimated price on the website.
• You can help find new ways to quickly price less liquid assets so that, among other things, they can trade faster.

How the trading works: It involves swapping virtual asset shares once every 24 hours. For selling your shares, log in and click on "Sell" (top bar). Enter # of shares & your price. For buying, log in and click on "Buy" (top bar). Search for shares on sale through category or keywords. Then place your bids with your shares. Users with the highest gains and losses in portfolio values are displayed in the charts.

You can't do day-trading, and you don't get virtual cash to buy and sell. Instead,

• You virtually exchange shares of your securities and other assets with shares owned by other users, using our auction system. For this you have to open your portfolio first by registering at least one asset before you can trade. This site uses virtual cashless bartering of fractional (partial) ownership interests, designed as a challenging trading game, to hedge risks and share rewards of investments within the user community.
• You can help find new ways to trade less liquid assets, hedge risks, and diversify portfolio without needing cash.

Loner or Groupie?

Play the game with strangers, or play it with friends, exchanging shares of each other's assets and pricing them.

     Sign up for free as our introductory offer. All we need is you to create a username and a password for the site, and your current and valid e-mail address. You have to activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your e-mail address. You need to enable browser cookie setting for opening an account and logging in.

       After signing up:

       You can register any asset you may own, and/or create and register virtual dream/fantasy assets (See "Register Asset" page, top bar). You can upload your own photos, sketches etc. of your assets. Registering assets starts your portfolio and allows you to start virtual trading.

       After registering your assets, you can start trading (virtually) shares of your assets using our auction system (See "Sell" page, top bar). Alternatively, after registering an asset, before  trading, you may do any of the other things below.

       Before or after registering an asset, you can browse assets already registered by using our Search by main category, category and keywords (see panel below top bar), or through tags on the Tags page (top bar). You can add comments to all assets. You can share/send the Asset Details page for any asset with/to anyone you want by e-mail.

       Or, you can check out the assets offered for price estimation (new, trading or traded assets) and submit your own estimated prices for them (See "Price Asset" page, top bar).

       Or, you can set up your Mailbox, and start sending and receiving messages to and from other users (see "My Mail" page, top bar).

       Or, you can post messages on our Discussion Boards ("Forums", top bar), or go for some Chat ("Chat", top bar), or write and edit articles in our Wiki ("Wiki", top bar).

       FINANCE 2.0:

       You can register assets that you may own (no address required), and/or you can create your own virtual assets. All virtual real estate and business assets must be given a real world  geographic location. For registering an asset, you have to provide some basic required details, which you cannot edit or delete afterwards.  You may also provide some optional details and descriptions which you can edit and update any time. You can upload your own photos, sketches etc. for your assets which you can add or delete any time. After you register an asset, you cannot delete it. You and all users can tag any asset, send it to anybody via e-mail, and add comments anytime . You can set and change the visibility of your assets by making them viewable by anyone, or by logged in users only.

       After you register an asset, it automatically gets converted into 100 equal virtual shares, with each share representing 1% of the market price of the whole asset that you estimated at registration. Then you can start selling the shares in exchange for shares of assets owned or created by other users through bidding in our daily auctions.

       All trading and pricing activities on this site are mock and simulated, and do not represent any real or legal transaction.

       Each round of bidding continues for 24 hours from 7 am to 7 am Eastern Standard Time, US. After 7 am EST each day, all daily biddings end, all trades are executed, user portfolios are adjusted, and the charts are generated and displayed.

       The current share price of an asset is the median value of all the latest estimated prices for one share of the asset submitted by users. All 100 shares of an asset have the same share price. After a new asset is registered, or after share(s) of an asset are offered for sale or used to place a bid with, one share of that asset becomes available for price estimation by all users, for the remainder of the current 24-hour bidding period, and the next 23 hours till 6 am EST (one hour before the biddings end at 7 am EST), during which all users can submit their estimations. After this, at 6 am EST, the new price for one share of the asset is calculated from the submitted estimations, and this remains the current share price of that asset for the next 48 hours.

       While, at the time of registration, there are upper price limits for registering created virtual assets, users are free to price them as they see fit, depending on the quality of the concept and concrete visualization of the details of the asset created.
